Ryan Nolan

I am CFO of Rayware Group and have more than 20 years’ experience in senior finance roles across retail and consumer businesses. My background spans financial planning, reporting, treasury, investor relations and corporate finance. I bring particular expertise in financial stewardship, governance, risk and strategy, helping boards turn complex financial information into clear, practical decisions.

My interest in Health Equalities Group became increasingly personal while following my wife’s return to university to study Nutrition and Dietetics. Through her studies, I became more aware of the role that education, knowledge and access to reliable information can play in addressing health inequalities. I was particularly drawn to HEG’s work to influence policy and create positive change. As a trustee, I hope to use my experience to support the organisation’s mission and help extend its impact.

Outside of work, I am a keen runner and coach my youngest son’s football team. I value the opportunities sport creates for young people to develop confidence, teamwork and perseverance, and believe strongly in creating an environment where everyone can contribute.
